Entry and prize redemption are subject to the following Terms and Conditions
• Entrants must attend the exhibition during normal gallery opening hours
• The competition will run from 31 January with last entries to be submitted by 9 February 2019
• Entries can be submitted by attending the exhibition venue, Level 1, 541 Kent Street, Sydney and (a) completing and lodging entry form (b) uploading entry to either Facebook or Instagram (#chinamomentsintime) and/or (c) completing registration via CMC Markets portal
• The winner will be determined by the first correct entry form drawn by the judges on 12 February 2019
• The winner will be notified by email and the winner’s name will be published online at www.photoinchina.com/competition
• The winner must claim the prize within five (5) days of being notified otherwise the prize will be redrawn
• Air travel will be Economy Class on a normal scheduled flight with Hainan Airlines from Sydney to Chengdu, subject to “V” or “P” class tickets on intended travel dates.
• Travel period is strictly between 21/2/2019 and 14/12/2019
• Intended travel dates must be nominated in writing by the competition prize winners no later than 15 business days prior to the intended departure or 30 June 2019, whichever date is sooner
• Travel bookings are contingent upon airline seat availability on the prize winner’s nominated travel date
• Travel is not permitted for unaccompanied minors (below the age of 18 years)
• Hotel accommodation will be the Hilton Hotel, 99 Tashuiqiao West Street, Chengdu, China. If unavailable for intended travel dates accommodation at an alternative similar class hotel will be provided
• Prize is for airfares and accommodation only
• Travel does not include visas, travel documentation, transfers, meals, entry to tourist parks or ancillary costs
• This competition is organised and promoted by Red Door Asia (ABN 16 427 273 450) (Red Door Asia). By entering into this competition you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, being the terms upon which Red Door Asia seeks to conduct this competition. Entry is not permitted for organisers and organising companies of the CHINA Moments in Time photo exhibition, for any sponsors or commercial partners of the event, nor for employees, and family members of employees, of the aforementioned companies
